PayTel

PayTel manages thousands of simultaneous different call types through its Automated, Live and Bespoke services. All areas of the PayTel platform are scoped for resilience, capacity and redundancy. And because we are Level 1 PCI-DSS approved, PayTel is audited to the highest possible standards. Card data is never stored in any form. Our systems constantly check for security breaches. Security is our priority.

Solutions and services: 
  • Automated: a fully automated and easy-to-use service that works alongside and complements your existing procedures. Straight-forward voice prompts guide callers through payment. Voice and/or SMS messages provide payment confirmation. All aspects of the service and its configuration are available via a simple to use Web Portal
  • Switched-Automated: an ideal service if some degree of live agent contact is desirable. The same as Automated except, at the point of payment, calls switch through to automated service to de-scope all card data from your call centre.
  • Live Payment:  works in-line with your current procedures. At all times callers remain connected with your agents. Benefiting from iFrame and tone suppression technologies, our live services front-end your existing systems with minimal change to your client processes.
  • Switched-Live: the same as Live except there’s no need to route all calls through our platform. Instead by using standard PBX functionality, calls are only transferred to PayTel when payment needs to be taken.
  • Easy-to-use Web Management Portal to fully configure and manage each service, as you require.
  • Level 1 PCI-DSS systems fully hosted to ensure on-going regulatory compliance and full de-scope for your business.
