If you want to change the name that appears on your customer’s bank statements you must speak with your merchant bank.
When setting up your merchant account you will have provided your merchant bank with your company name, or a reference that will appear on a shopper’s statement when purchasing on your site.
Unfortunately we cannot change this for you. We simply process your transactions securely and have no involvement in what will appear on a shopper’s bank statement.
