If you would like to re-open your Sage Pay account we are able to support you when doing this.
You are able to submit a request to us to open an account that has previously been closed by submitting an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Our team will then contact you to go through the steps that are needed to re-open your account and enable transactions to be processed again.
There is a one-off £50 (+VAT) reconnection charge if you would like to re-open a closed account.
