Delay in refund

After you have made a purchase using our services you can request a refund from the company.

If you have not received the refund yet it could be because: 

  • The company haven't processed it yet
  • The refund has been carried out but the funds haven't yet cleared into your account
  • There is a delay with the systems used to carry out the refund

Once the refund has been requested and the company have said they will carry this out for you any queries about this must be raised with them directly.
