We have been made aware by Barclays that they are currently experiencing an issue with Barclays Debit Cards and this may cause an increase in declines.

Barclays are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We will provide an update at 10 am or sooner if the issue is resolved.

Barclays have now confirmed that the issue with Barclays Debit Cards is now resolved.

Fraud Screening Delay

The earlier issue with fraud scores populating in MySagePay is now resolved.

We apologise for any disruption caused and thank you for your continued patience.

UPDATE: 16:36

We are continuing to see a delay with Fraud Screening scores populating in MySagePay.

Investigations are continuing by the 3rd Party.

We will post a further update once we have received more information on their progress.

NOTIFICATION: 15:37

We have received notification from our 3rd party supplier that they are currently experiencing an issue with returning Fraud Scores.

Their technical teams are currently engaged and working towards a resolution.

We will provide an update in 1 hour or sooner if they have a resolution.
