We continue to experience an issue with returning fraud screening scores.

We are liaising with our third party who are continuing to investigate and I will provide a further update in 2 hours or sooner if we have a solution.

The issue has been resolved and API commands should now be working successfully.

We have taken corrective action and minimised the possibility of a further reoccurrence.

We are still receiving reports from customers seeing the earlier issues. Our technology teams are still investigating and I will provide a further update in 45 minutes or sooner if we have a solution.

We have received reports of customers experiencing issues connecting to our API this morning. 

Our technology teams are currently investigating this and a further update will be provided in the next 30 minutes.

As part of ongoing improvements following the interruption to payment processing on Saturday 18th November, our technology teams performed a fix yesterday evening around 11pm.  

 

This fix has resolved the intermittent issues which a small number of merchants were encountering.

 

If you were experiencing transactions not processing, please review this. We recommend reversing any temporary workarounds that may have been implemented, and performing test transactions to ensure normal service is restored. Should you experience any continued problems, or would like some support in reviewing your transactions, please contact our support team on 0845 111 44 55.

Transactions have been restored to a normal service and have been stable for a sustained period.

Our root cause analysis is underway, we will take any steps necessary to avoid further reoccurrence.

We're continuing to experience intermittent issues with MySagePay and live payment processing.

Our investigations are continuing to resolve the issue and establish the root cause.  A further update will be provided in 90 mins or sooner if we have a solution.

We're continuing to see transactions process intermittently and we're working hard to restore a full normal service as quickly as possible. We apologise for any impact to processing, a full root cause analysis will be conducted once the situation is resolved.

We are currently experiencing intermittent interruptions with MySagePay and the Live Gateway.  Our investigations are underway to establish the root cause and to resolve this. Further updates to follow.
